The Japanese therapeutic facial massage is part of the Kobido massage style. It is a traditional Japanese massage that began development as early as the 15th century. Since then, it has been passed down from generation to generation and continuously refined. It is considered one of the most effective natural methods for shaping facial contours, evening skin tone, and cleansing the skin. It helps avoid modern cosmetic surgery techniques commonly used to enhance facial features. The approach to massage—including facial massage—is also very different from Western concepts. Great emphasis is placed on emotional and spiritual well-being, energy lines, and a holistic approach to the person as a whole. This massage tones the facial skin, tightens facial muscles, improves blood circulation, accelerates cell renewal, and gives the face a healthy glow. The facial treatment stimulates the removal of waste and toxins, improves skin moisture balance, and thereby slows down skin aging. Although it is a facial massage, it also induces deep relaxation throughout the entire body by stimulating reflex zones and meridians, and it activates the function of internal organs. The massage includes the décolleté, neck, face, and scalp. |

This massage is designed to balance the nervous system and thereby relax and calm the whole body. The pace of this body treatment is slow and soothing. The massage techniques are smooth and applied with an appropriate level of pressure. This means that at times there are gentle strokes and nerve‑pathway stimulations, followed by slightly stronger point pressure and muscle warming. This creates pleasant sensations in the body and allows the whole body to relax gradually. The purpose of this massage is to create a grounded and balanced feeling in the body. The massage is performed on a massage table using organic plant oils. The base oil is enriched with calming medicinal herbs such as chamomile and lavender. The massage is preceded by a warm herbal foot bath, which helps the nervous system relax even more. This massage is well suited for a person who experiences a lot of stress and tension, wants to strengthen their immune system, relax and calm down, does a lot of mental work, tends to overthink, or feels anxious in other ways. |

The massage techniques are smooth and flowing, lightly affecting the muscles and primarily stimulating the different layers of the skin. This massage has a deeply healing and rejuvenating effect on the skin of the entire body. The various essential oils made from aromatic blossoms add a healing and relaxing quality to this body treatment. The massage is performed on a massage table using organic plant oils enriched with an essential oil that suits you. The treatment begins with a warm herbal foot bath, which relaxes the nervous system and helps release toxins through the feet. The special quality of this massage is its earthiness. It is performed on a massage mat and through thin, comfortable clothing. This allows the use of techniques that affect deep muscle layers and connective tissue, as the hands do not slip when working through fabric. Being on a mat also removes the subconscious fear of falling off the table, so the body is more relaxed from the very beginning of the session. The massage combines mainly ancient Estonian and Thai techniques. This means the treatment includes kneading, “pounding,” and shaking, as well as stretches, point pressure, and working along the body’s energy lines. The pace of the massage is pleasantly rhythmic and almost hypnotic. The massage is preceded by a warm herbal foot bath, which relaxes the nervous system and helps release unnecessary tension and waste through the feet. This massage is well suited for a woman who needs grounding, experiences a lot of stress and tension, has muscle or joint pain, wishes to relax deeply, suffers from tension headaches or numbness in the hands, wants to strengthen her immune system, has a stiff or tight posture, or wants to increase her body’s flexibility and elasticity. |

Old Estonian massage is our traditional way of relaxing the body. By its nature, it is a strong massage, but at the same time soft and hypnotic. You could even say that it is meditative. Thanks to the clothes worn by the massaged person, the therapist can work through all the muscles very thoroughly. The fabric covering the body ensures that the therapist's finger or hand does not slip on the skin and can go deep into the tissue. Old Estonian massage is clearly different from others - it has a unique rhythm reminiscent of a regilaulu and a very effective body treatment. Old Estonians have been doing Old Estonian massage for millennia, each in a slightly different way - knowledge was passed down orally in the family line like other traditional wisdom. This massage is done through light, thin clothes and on the floor, on a mat. This type of massage gives the opportunity to do shaking, stretching, pressing, take different body positions, and treat the body holistically and personally. This massage is perfect for you if you are looking for a massage that relieves muscle tension; is strong but not too painful; deeply relaxes the body and mind; is unique and special. |

Classical or Swedish massage is the most common massage style. It is performed with oil and on a massage table. This style is inherently flowing and smooth, soothing and relaxing. It stimulates blood and lymph circulation in the body, promotes cell renewal and rejuvenation of the body. This massage helps to remove waste and toxins from the body and helps the body recover from overexertion, stress, injuries, etc. It has a prophylactic effect on the body, that is, it prevents diseases. Classical massage is suitable for you if you need a massage that soothes and relaxes the entire body; is rather medium in strength (although the strength can always be adjusted by letting the masseur know your desire); has a stimulating and rejuvenating effect on the body; helps to maintain good health; relieves muscle tension and pain. |

| Deep facial massage 1h | 01:00 h | 55 € | 50 € |

This is a therapeutic approach to releasing tension, stress, and deeply stored subconscious emotions from the facial muscles. We often don’t even notice how different facial muscles tense up during stressful situations or emotional experiences. Since the stress in the whole body is also stored in the facial muscles, this therapy also releases overall body tension and provides significant emotional relief. It is a strong and often painful massage, as the facial muscles hold a lot of unreleased stress. To balance this, the massage techniques are alternated with gentle warming and calming of the muscles. During the therapy, the entire body is gently worked through, but the focus remains on the face, neck, and head area. This massage is performed on a massage mat and the client wears comfortable clothing that facilitates movement. This massage therapy does not use oils or creams, as it’s important that the hands do not slide much on the skin. This ensures that the effect reaches deep into the muscles and connective tissues. This massage rejuvenates and revitalizes the deep tissues of the facial skin and muscles; restores the face’s natural, relaxed state; stimulates blood and lymph circulation; has a relaxing effect both mentally and physically; removes emotional blocks from the face and entire body; improves the functioning of the senses; accelerates hair growth; normalizes blood pressure. |

Thai massage is inherently calm and flowing. This bodywork includes various techniques: gentle kneading of the muscles, pressure point stimulation, working with energy lines, and yoga-like stretches. Together, these elements create a harmonious therapy that allows the client to sink into deep relaxation. In my practice, I do not use any fast or abrupt movements that could injure the client — especially during long stretches. This is a highly intuitive massage where the therapist must be fully present and aware of changes in the client's body and energy. This massage is performed through light clothing on a massage mat. Since it is a very slow and gradual therapy that relaxes the body layer by layer, it also has a deeper impact on both the physical and emotional levels. For this reason, a one-hour session is usually not enough if the goal is to treat the whole body. It is also recommended to do this therapy as a course — attending at least 5–6 sessions in a row, with a one to two-week interval. Then the results become more noticeable and a significant improvement in well-being can be felt. |

Reiki therapy is an energetic healing method that originates from Japan. It is a method that restores balance in a person at the soul level, cleanses the energy body and gives a new breath to life. In fact, Reiki simply dissolves blockages in the energy body, through which a person’s own natural healing ability is restored. It also helps to reduce physical deficiencies. The name “Reiki” (rei-ki) means “universal life energy” in Japanese. During therapy, hands are held on or above the body, depending on the situation. During therapy, it is good to wear comfortable and rather light-colored clothes so that it is pleasant to lie on your back. Reiki therapy is right for you if you want a therapy that relieves stress and tension; reduces exhaustion and fatigue; relieves pain; reduces anxiety and depression; expands and clears consciousness; strengthens the immune system; facilitates the healing process; helps you find the courage to take new steps and conscious choices in life. |

| Herbal facial treatments– Dry and/or sensitive skin | 01:15 h | 70 € | 65 € |
|
This facial treatment is like a journey into Estonian nature — all tools and ingredients used are 100% pure and natural, with local medicinal plants as the main components. Before the treatment, there is a short consultation where we discuss the client’s expectations, the type of treatment being offered, and any contraindications. The treatment itself begins with a light facial cleanse, a warm foot bath, and calming music. A gently exfoliating facial mask made from medicinal herbs is then applied, with the composition tailored to the client’s skin condition. This is followed by a relaxing and revitalizing facial massage. When booking the treatment, the client can choose between three skin types: dry and/or sensitive skin, normal skin, or oily skin. If none of these seem quite right, it is recommended to choose the closest option or describe the skin condition in the notes. During the treatment, the client lies comfortably on a massage table. Wearing comfortable clothing is recommended. |

What is good to know before booking a massage or Reiki therapy?
First, it’s good to be aware of general information about what to do before and after a massage or Reiki therapy:
The same points apply to Reiki therapy (except for the possible muscle soreness after the session).
Second, it is important to familiarize yourself with contraindications to massage, as there are health conditions where receiving a massage is not safe. You can find the contraindications here.
How to get the best massage experience?
The most important factor is communication and mutual understanding between the client and the therapist. As a client, be open and don’t hesitate to ask questions related to the service if it helps you feel more comfortable and safe. Mention any allergies before the session to avoid discomfort later. Always say if something feels uncomfortable — the therapist may not always notice it. Don’t hesitate to express your preferences if you’d like the massage to be stronger, gentler, slower, more intense, etc. Also let them know if you feel cold, too hot, if the music is not to your liking or is too loud. Speak up if the massage position feels uncomfortable, or if armrests, headrest, etc. need adjustment. Anything that causes even mild tension and prevents relaxation — talk to your therapist. We’ll find a solution together to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
We also ask you to familiarize yourself with our salon’s modest list of rules to avoid misunderstandings and discomfort for both sides.
The rules are as follows:
The massage therapist/therapist has the right to refuse service if the above rules are not followed, or if the client's behavior or physical condition causes discomfort. The provider also has the right to cancel bookings made by someone who has repeatedly failed to show up or has previously behaved disrespectfully.
It is essential to know the contraindications to massage before booking a session. This means understanding in which cases massage may worsen the client’s health condition. Below you will find the absolute and partial contraindications for any type of massage.
Absolute contraindications:
Massage is not suitable or safe if you have: fever, skin diseases, rashes, inflammatory conditions, infectious diseases, tumors/suspected tumors, risk of thrombosis, vein inflammations, bleeding or risk of bleeding, recent injuries or trauma, abscesses, heart, kidney, or liver failure, thyroid disorders, high blood pressure, risk of miscarriage, or psychosis.
Partial contraindications:
These include symptoms or physical conditions where certain areas of the body must not be massaged (e.g., large varicose veins on the legs should not be massaged), while massage to the rest of the body is safe and beneficial. You must inform your massage therapist of any partial contraindications. These include:
varicose veins, large birthmarks or bruises, disc injuries, acute injuries, pregnancy, various implants, high or low blood pressure, past injuries, post-operative scars, hernia, menstruation, gall or kidney stones, acute neuritis, frozen tissues, recent burns, undiagnosed masses in tissues, acne, fungal infections, or psoriasis flare-ups.
Many local contraindications can significantly affect the integrity and effectiveness of massage therapy. That’s why it is always better — when possible — to wait until the condition or its acute phase has passed. If you are unsure whether massage is safe for you, please contact your therapist and consult a doctor if needed.
